Slow Cooked Oatmeal with Cinnamon

Ingredients:
•2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1½ cups almond milk
•1½ cups water
•2 medium apples
•2 Tbsp. flax seed
•3 cups oats
•1 tsp. cinnamon
•¼ tsp. sea salt
Directions:
•Mix almond milk, cinnamon, oats, apples, maple syrup,
water, salt, and flax seed in a bowl.
•Heat it for about 6 to 7 hours.
•Let it cool at room temperature. Serve
