 Pine Apple Salsa with Pan-Grilled Salmon 


Preparation Time: 10 min 




Ingredients: 
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1 cup pineapple
•2 tsp cilantro
•2 tsp red onion
•Cooking spray
•1 tsp rice vinegar
•4 salmon fillets
•1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Directions: 
•Take a bowl and combine the dry ingredients in it.
•Take a grill pan and heat it make it coated with cooking spray.
•Add fish and salt in it. Heat it for 4 to 5 minutes.
•Mix the ingredients with it and top it with salsa. Serve
