Baked Oatmeal Cups

Baked Oatmeal Cups 


Preparation time: 35 minutes 



Ingredients: 
•¼ cup raisins
•2 large eggs,
•2 large bananas
1 tsp. vanilla extract
•2½ cups rolled oats
•1 Tbsp. raw honey
•1 Tbsp. cinnamon
•1½ cups almond milk
•1½ tsp. baking powder
•¾ cup chopped raw walnuts

Directions: 
•Make ten to twelve muffin cups.
•Mix bananas, extract, honey, and eggs in the baking bowl.
•Mix the cinnamon, baking powder and oats in another bowl.
•Mix both these mixtures.
•Add almond milk in the mixture.
•Put this mixture in the cups.
•Bake them for 30 minutes. Serve.
