Habanero Chili
Preparation Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
•2 tomatoes
•2 lbs. seitan
•1 14.5 oz. can of black beans
•2 cloves garlic
•1 medium onion
•1 tsp. chili powder
•1 habanero pepper
•½ tsp. paprika
•1 dash black pepper
•½ tsp. sea salt
•1 14.5 oz. can of kidney beans
Directions:
•Take a large skillet and spray it with oil over medium-high
heat.
•Add onion habanero pepper, seitan and garlic in it and cook it
for 5 to 7 minutes.
•Add paprika, chili powder, salt and cook it for more 2 min-
utes.
•Add kidney beans, black beans, tomatoes; cook it further for 7
minutes.
