Crisp Chickpea Slaw
Preparation Time: 4 hoursIngredients:
•2 tsp seeds
•1/4 cup plain yogurt
•1 tsp water
•1/4 tsp kosher salt
•Black pepper
•2 stalks celery
•1 can chickpeas
•1 tsp vinegar
•2 carrots
•2 1/2 cups green cabbage
Directions:
•Take a medium bowl; add the water, vinegar, yogurt, salt, and
pepper in it.
•Add the cabbage, chickpeas, celery, and carrots. Add the
sesame seeds.
•Refrigerate this paste for at least 4 hours. Serve
