Simply Tasty Black Beans
Preparation Time: 30 minutesIngredients:
•1 teaspoon pepper
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•1 cup onion
•2-3 thyme
•Salt and pepper
•1/2 teaspoon cumin
•1/2 cup celery
•2 tablespoons garlic
•2 cups tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•1 tablespoon brown sugar
•2 cups black beans
Directions:
•Add oil, celery, sauté chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes and
cook it for 4 minutes.
•Add thyme, cumin, cayenne pepper, rinsed black beans and
cinnamon to sautéed vegetables.
•Add honey and water and heat it for 2 hours.
•Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
