Butternut Squash Soup and Roasted Chicken 


Preparation Time: 10 min  


Ingredients: 
•1 medium red bell pepper
•1 medium onion
•1 tsp. olive oil
•1 cup frozen corn
•4 cups chicken broth
•2 Tbsp. thyme
•8 oz. chicken breast
•Sea salt
•2 cups butternut squash

Directions: 
Take a medium sized saucepan and heat it.
•Add bell pepper and onion.
•Cook it for 5 minutes.
•Add thyme and chicken broth in it. Add pepper and salt.
•Add squash chicken, and corn, heat it for 8 minutes. Serve
