Egg Rice Salad

 Egg Rice Salad 





Ingredients: 
•2 tablespoons lime juice
•1/2 cup cooked brown rice
•1 ripe plum
•1 teaspoon sesame oil
•2 tablespoons walnuts
•1 hard-cooked egg
•1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
•1 cup green beans
•Black pepper
Directions: 
•Mix the beans, plum, rice, walnuts, and eggs in a container.
•Add the lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
•Refrigerate it for 2 days.
